Treaty of Zurich $12 – Pierre Ferrand Cognac, Carpano Antica Vermouth, Luxardo Maraschino Originale, Zirbenz Pine Liqueur. Served on a rock with a smokin sprig of Rosemary.
The Gentle Gin $10 – St. George Terroir Gin, Cocchi Americano, Dolin Blanc Vermouth, Lavender Bitters. Served on a rock with the Essence of Orange.
Some Like It Hot $11 – Banchez Mezcal, Bonal Gentiane-Quina Aperitif, Ancho Verde, Fee Brother’s Orange Bitters. Served on a rock with a slice of Jalapeno.
Bora Bora Banana Flora $12 – Giffard Banane Du Brasil, Pineapple Juice, Bittermen’s Buckspice Ginger Bitters, Fritzz Elder Flower and Lime Bubbly. Served in a tall glass over ice, garnished with an Edible Orchid.
Last Dance $12 – Humboldt’s Finest Vodka Infused with Hemp Seed, Green Chartreuse, Luxardo Maraschino Originale, Lime Juice, Cane Sugar Syrup. Served up with a smudge of Sage.
Papa Don’t Peach $9 – Four Rose’s Bourbon, Orgeat Almond Syrup, Peach Nectar, Lemon Juice, Angostura Bitters. Served on the rocks with a candy Peach Ring.

Barrel Aged Cocktails
Martinez $13- It’s safe to say that the cocktail gods have blessed this barrel. St. George Terroir Gin, Carpano Antica, Dolin Rouge Vermouth, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur and Angostura Bitters aged Solera* style on Oak. Woody, bright, aromatic and herbaceous. This is a must try.
Bourbon / Brandy Old Fashioned $8- Our desire to produce our most oft ordered drink with more efficiency has led to superior cocktail without breaking your bank! Our house classic is now aged on wood. Served with a splash of seltzer, sweet, or sour. (We recommend nothing but ice.)
* Solera aging is a process in which the lower portions of the barrel’s contents remain in barrel, resulting in a constantly aging blend of young and old spirits.
House Cocktail Menu
Tom Collins $8- A refreshingly tart classic. Ours is made with your choice of St. George Botanivore’s Gin or Tito’s Vodka, fresh lemon juice, cane simple syrup, & soda water.
Gin Bramble $8- A modern classic from England, the Bramble features St. George Botanivore’s Gin, Mathilde Framboise (Rasberry), turbinado simple syrup, fresh lemon juice & soda water.
Old Fashioned $8- We serve this the way it was originally intended. [No muddled fruit or sour mix from a plastic container.] Your choice of Korbel Brandy or Old Forester Bourbon, Angostura Bitters (or another if you like), turbinado simple syrup & soda water.
Manhattan $8- Served up or on the rocks, we stick to the original recipe using Templeton Rye, Carpano Antica Vermouth & Angostura Bitters.
Trinidad Sour $8- An award winning drink and staff pick, using Angostura Bitters as the base spirit, this cocktail is much tamer than you would think. Angostura Bitters, Templeton Rye, Orgeat, & fresh lemon juice come together to create an amazing cocktail.
Camp Radler $8- Take two staff favorites and toss ‘em in a glass. Stiegl Radler (like Grapefruit soda but with alcohol) and Campari. You seriously cannot go wrong with this combination. Summer in a glass, year round. (Staff Pick!)
Sazerac $8- America’s first native cocktail. Huzzah! Templeton Rye, Peychaud’s Bitters, turbinado simple syrup, as well as Copper & Kings Absinthe. A New Orleans classic as close as you can get.
Milwaukee G&T $8- Rehorst Gin, Top Note Indian Tonic, and soda water. Local ingredients, refreshing taste.
Negroni $8- St. George Botanivore’s Gin, Carpano Antica Vermouth, Campari
