House Cocktail Menu

Tom Collins – A refreshingly tart classic. Ours is made with your choice of Aviation Gin or Tito’s Vodka, fresh lemon juice, cane simple syrup, & soda water.

Gin Bramble – A modern classic from England, the Bramble features Small’s American Dry Gin, Mathilde Framboise (Rasberry), turbinado simple syrup & fresh lemon juice.

Old Fashioned – We serve this the way it was originally intended.  [No muddled fruit or sour mix from a plastic container.]  Your choice of Brandy or Bourbon, Angostura Bitters (or another if you like), turbinado simple syrup & soda water.

Manhattan – Served up or on the rocks, we stick to the original recipe using Old Overholt Rye, Dolin Rouge Vermouth & Angostura Bitters.

Trinidad Sour – An award winning drink and staff pick, using Angostura Bitters as the base spirit, this cocktail is much tamer than you would think.  Angostura Bitters, Old Overholt Rye, orgeat, & fresh lemon juice come together to create an amazing cocktail.

Camp Radler – Take two staff favorites and toss ‘em in a glass. Stiegl Radler (like Grapefruit soda but with alcohol) and Campari. You seriously cannot go wrong with this combination. Summer in a glass, year round. (Staff Pick!)

Sazerac – America’s first native cocktail. Huzzah!  Old Overholt Rye, Peychaud’s Bitters, turbinado simple syrup & Sirene Absinthe.  A New Orleans classic as close as you can get.

Milwaukee G&T – Rehorst Gin, Top Note Indian Tonic

Negroni – Ford’s Gin, Dolin Rouge Vermouth, Campari
